About this event

This Program Aims to Enhance Parenting in 3 Areas:

1 Positive Parenting Practices

2 Parent and Child Stress Management

3 Physical Health Promotion

Learn strategies that will impact your child for a lifetime with the Grow program!

Participants attend a video-based curriculum and include examples of everyday parenting interactions. The program also includes time for group discussions, activities, and skills practice.
