Welcome to the Grove Park - Sunset Mountain 2024 Tour of Homes! Join us on Saturday, September 14th and Sunday, September 15th, from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, for a day of exploring beautiful homes in the charming neighborhood of Grove Park- Sunset Mountain. Each day will feature SIX unique homes! Take a leisurely stroll through the streets and admire the unique architecture and design of each home. Meet the homeowners and get inspired by their creativity and style. This is a great opportunity to gather ideas for your own home or simply appreciate the craftsmanship of these stunning properties. **You will receive your wristband to gain admission at the tour "check-in" (location and time)
Our community supports our local Ira B Jones Elementary School with much needed school supplies. Please consider a donation of school supplies made at the check-in station.
Trolley transporation will run continuously along the tour route both days.
Please wear comfortable footwear as many homes have entrance stairs and uneven terrain. As private residences, most homes are not ADA compliant.
Frequently asked questions
The Grove Park - Sunset Mountain Neighborhood Association maintains the 3 parks and 22 traffic islands in the community. The proceeds of the tour contribute to the funds necessary for maintenance and replenishment of the landscaping in our parks.
While many of the homes are conveniently clustered within a walkable proximity, trolley transportation will run continuously along the tour route.
The tour allows you to walk through the featured homes at your leisure. While we love children in our community, we ask that you do not bring children under 12 years of age, and ALL attendees will require a paid admission and wristband.
The Tour of Homes is a RAIN OR SHINE event. We cannot issue refunds on account of the weather. If you choose not to attend, your ticket purchase will be considered a donation.
Please verify for which day(s) your ticket is valid. On the day of the event, please check-in at the Registration Table listed below.. Once you have checked in, you will be issued a wristband which will provide access to the homes. Check-in will open at 12:30 PM.
Any legal street parking in the vicinity of the check-in is acceptable.
Ticket sales are final. If you do not check-in once registered, your ticket purchase will be considered a donation. Grove Park - Sunset Mountain Neighborhood Association is a 501c3.
