Join us for our monthly gathering for the 🌳 Grove of Sacred Oaks 🌳. This month we will celebrate "Community" and coming together. This event is an all-ages family and kid friendly and open to all, young and old. Note that some of our monthly gathers will still be geared to older participants (typically 16+) but at least 4-6 times a year they will be open to everyone of all ages. Other GoSO events will vary depending on theme, agenda, type of event, etc.
Churches are often a source for that in our society, and we want to create a source that is not built around organized religion, and celebrates nature and all its diversity in all its forms. Accordingly, our main guided discussion topic this month will be centered around what everyone does in their practice to find and build community, what types of community building events and activities you would like to see from GoSO to encourage and promote community growth in Indianapolis and the surrounding area, and to give an opportunity for other local and regional Pagan groups to share what they are all about, how they support the larger community, and to promote any of their upcoming events :)
During the open social time of this months event, we will be painting rocks gathered at a local river. Bring or wear clothes you don't mind getting paint 🎨 on (it is washable paint but better safe than sorry ☺️). We will also have activity sheets and coloring books for the littler members of our community and a couple other games and activities for everyone to enjoy. Weather permitting we will also have an outdoor fire for folks to gather around.
As always, we will also have delicious food provided! On the menu this month, we have lasagna, spaghetti, smashed potatoes, sourdough, fresh veggies and our big tea pot 🫖!
- Dessert will be a pitch in, so bring something sweet to share if you would like to 🍪.

This event is being hosted by the Grove of Sacred Oaks, an eclectic non-path specific pagan community awareness, education, and social group based in Indianapolis.
The goal of The Grove is to create a group of like open, like-minded pagan/witchy people, of all paths, to provide a sense of community, support, appreciation for nature, intellectually stimulating conversations, and have fun.
We offer fun monthly, educational events that explore the many paths and branches of paganism and the diversity that exists around us. We also throw parties, vendor fairs, seed swaps, have a book club, and really anything that sounds fun and gives us an opportunity to help build community.
