<p>NUSHU Group is a space to speak truths out loud and be witnessed with love, compassion and non-judgment.  In a world of increasing disconnection and loneliness, Group is an opportunity to experience intentional community, where we have the permission, conditions and support to connect deeply with other human beings and yourself.  First, a circle of trust is created and the possibility explored that revealing ourselves is the path to being known and loved by others. We break down the fears and self-limiting beliefs that prevent us from accessing true and meaningful connection.  Next, you will be invited to share based on prompts and facilitated exercises.  This is where the magic happens.  If you are looking for a place to share what’s on your mind and in your heart, we’ve got you.  If you’re prepared to enter into this space with an open heart and to show up honestly for yourself and others, join us. </p>
