Every Thursday, 1:30pm-2:30pm
Transportation can be provided. Please contact PALSS to coordinate transportation or learn more about the group.

Feelings of depression and anxiety are totally normal! But sometimes they can be overwhelming and get in the way of your day-to-day life. If that’s something you experience, then group or individual therapy may be helpful!
Nope! We understand that not everyone is interested in individual services at this time or may receive individual services at another organization. Attending individual therapy is not required for joining group therapy at PALSS.
PALSS, Inc. accepts Medicaid, Medicare, BlueCross, BlueShield, and most other major insurances. Unsured individuals may be eligible to receive services for free or at a reduced rate.
Transportation can be provided. Please contact PALSS to coordinate transportation for services.
Handicap parking is available in front of Suite 108. Group will be held in the conference room on the 2nd floor. PALSS has a stairlift for those with mobility challenges.
