Spinal Energetics ™ is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system, and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.
Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body.
- Bring a Yoga Mat and any comfort items like a blanket, eye mask, pillows or bolsters, water, journal etc
- Please dress comfortably and in layers
- Please arrive a few minutes early so that we can start on time -
- Parking is available street side on Creft Circle Meeting Street and in the rear of the Town Center building behind Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant

About Your Facilitator:
Tammy Schoolcraft, founder of Energetic Apothecary, brings nearly a decade of experience in the field of Energy Healing Arts. As a Certified Spinal Energetics Facilitator, she has undergone direct training under the mentorship of Dr. Sarah Jane Perry. Additionally, Tammy holds certification as an Advanced Level Biofield Tuning Practitioner, having received instruction directly from Eileen McKusick, a renowned figure in Biofield Tuning and the acclaimed author of "Tuning The Human Biofield". Tammy's professional journey also encompasses certifications as a Holy Fire Karuna™ Reiki Master, Certified Medical Reiki Master, and Resonance Biofeedback Practitioner.
