Join me for a guided somatic breathwork experience designed to help you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect.

This is an intentional, body-based practice that allows your system to process what it’s been holding — without needing to relive or explain it.


What You Can Expect

  • A guided breathwork journey (approximately 60–75 minutes)
  • Space to release emotion safely (tears, laughter, sound, stillness — all welcome)
  • Nervous system regulation and grounding
  • Integration time to reconnect and reset


Who This Is For

This space is for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally heavy
  • You’ve been “holding it together” for a long time
  • You’re ready to release, not just cope
  • You want a deeper connection with your body and inner world

No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.


What to Bring

  • Water
  • Eye mask (or something to cover your eyes)
  • Pillow
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Journal
