Group Reiki Chakra Series: The Root Chakra

Join us for an evening of mindful movement, meditation, and reiki all aligned to guide you in clearing and cleansing your root chakra.

We will begin the evening getting to know the root chakra and relaxing with some qi gong and somatic movements. A meditation will follow where group reiki will be given with the individualized reiki for each of you thereafter.

When our root chakra is in balance, we feel secure and grounded in our bodies. We have a knowing that we can confidently tackle life's challenges and flow through them with ease.

Everyone is Welcome! No need for knowledge of reiki or meditation.

*Please bring a yoga mat and water.
