Do I need experience in hypnosis?

No, absolutely none at all. I will guide you through everything. Most people are absolute beginners.

Do I need to bring anything?

I'd recommend bringing a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket. Anything that makes you feel comfortable. If you don't have a mat, I can provide some spares.

Anything comfortable, I'm more than happy for you to wear your jammies!
