Take some time just for you to ease into Spring! This guided hypnotic relaxation will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Ready to step into spring with calm and confidence!Your relaxation session will start with a short introduction introducing you to hypnotherapy and the ways it can help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. Following this you’ll enjoy 45 minutes of hypnotic guided relaxation, sending you into a relaxed, trance-like state, when you can switch off from day-to-day worries and focus on your inner self. We’ll end with a group chat to share experiences if you’d like to, and I will answer any questions you might have.This relaxing, guided session is the perfect introduction to hypnotherapy for those of you who might be curious!What you’ll need:· Water bottle· Your own blanket or cushion, and anything else you’d like to help you feel cozy!
