Will I physically feel healing?

Yes, but all sensations experienced are pleasant, relieving and/or relaxing.  The goal of healing is simply to remove, clear or release the things that no longer serve us.

What can I expect to experience?

With only 8 attendees the beginning will focus on personal attention for each attendee that is needed, followed by group led guided imagery to help facilitate deeper breakthrough within your Being.

Will anything be uncomfortable?

No, the focus is on each attendee experiencing deep and perfect peace during the session along with the freedom to release, clear or remove things energetically.
