In this workshop we will be covering all the different ways you can ground yourself by using the good old going outside, crystals, stones, oils and grounding mats! Then we will wrap it up with doing a guided meditation outside with your feet in the grass, weather permitting!  </SPAN>This event will be held at my office on Mason St in Onalaska! Cost for this workshop is $25 and tickets are NON REFUNDABLE once purchased.</P>
