Grounding Techniques Workshop

Cohen Veterans Network(CVN) is a 501(c)(3) national not-for-profit philanthropic organization for  post-9/11 veterans and their families. CVN focuses on improving mental health outcomes, with a goal to  build a network of outpatient mental health clinics for veterans and their families in high-need  communities, in which trained clinicians deliver holistic evidence-based care to treat mental health conditions. There are currently 21 Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinicsnationwide.

Learn Grounding strategies with Dr. Stephanie Renno from Cohen Veterans Network.

Join us April 28th at 1:00 PM (EST) as Dr. Stephanie Renno guides us through Grounding. Grounding is a simple set of strategies to help focus the mind. Dr. Renno will explain multiple grounding strategies and guests will be able to practice grounding. This free workshop will be hosted on Zoom and is open to the public.
