Free parking is available in the lot in front of The Healing Studio @ 18 Garden Center, Broomfield CO 80020.

Where should I enter the building?

Please enter the building from the door located to the right of the front entrance, down the cement stairs.

What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Yoga mats, light blankets, bolsters, pillows and eye pillows are available at the studio. Feel free to bring a padded mat for comfort (you'll be lying down for about an hour), warm blanket, water bottle and a journal. Anything you feel would make you the most comfortable.

What can I expect to experience during the sound healing?

I play Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal Singing bowls, Gongs, Tingsha Cymbals, Koshi Chimes and an Ocean Drum. Each one offers a different sound, frequency and energy immersing you and providing deep relaxation. Participants may experience a variety of sensations as energy shifts and releases.

How is Reiki energy being incorporated?

Accepted Answer

Reiki energy will be incorporated by opening sacred space and invoking the energy to be present for the evening. Reiki energy will also be used during our grounding meditation as it transfers from me to you. Lastly, Reiki energy will be used to bless each instrument to provide balance and harmony.
