Grounding Movement West African Dance Class

Come join us for a grounding West African Dance Class at Empower Dance Studio led by professional dancer Sakarah Hall-Edge! Sakarah will introduce participants to the instruments and polyrhythms of West African music, teach a traditional song and, dance movements that center wellness and grounding. Bring your family! No experience is necessary, just get ready to move your body.
