About this event

Health • Mental health

With climate, academic, and social stressors weighing heavily on students, this circle offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner strength. Through a guided yoga practice students will reflect on their climate emotions, explore shared resilience, and leave with tools for sustainable self-care and action.

Why join us?

  • Practice gentle yoga to reconnect body and Earth.
  • Explore how mindfulness can support climate resilience.
  • Reflect on climate emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
  • Learn small, meaningful ways to turn reflection into action.

This is a beginner-friendly event, no prior yoga experience is needed.
