Join me for a slow, nourishing Saturday morning designed to help you step out of your busy lives, slow things down & connect with yourself (and others!) - as well as spend some time on a gorgeous crafts activity.
This session is about easing into the weekend with intention, softness, and space. No rush, no pressure, just time for yourself.
What to expect:
- Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system and ground your energy
- A gentle yoga flow to move, stretch, and reconnect with your body
- A relaxed creative session, where we’ll design and make our own bookmarks — a gorgeous way to socialise & connect with others.
This morning is suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or simply craving a slower pace. Come alone, switch off, and enjoy a few hours that are just for you!
