Join Millie & Evie for a gorgeous Sunday afternoon - combining uplifting fitness, slow flow yoga and intentional breathwork - all designed to help you move with purpose, reconnect with yourself & reset.
This isn't about pushing yourself or being perfect, it's about showing up and moving in a way that feels good - as well as connecting with other likeminded people and making friends!
What to expect?
- A feel-good fitness class ran by Evie to energise and build strength.
- A grounding yoga flow to slow things down and stretch it out.
- Breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring you back to centre.
- Time at the end to socialise, chat and connect - perfect to come solo or with a friend!
