JUST LIKE YOU… WE WERE IN THE SEARCH OF A COMMUNITY THAT LEFT US FEELING RECHARGED, ENERGIZED, AND WANTING MORE.We longed for one community where you could take an exciting girl’s retreat weekend and come back feeling like you could conquer the world. We saw a need for life coaching for those who weren’t really living a life they enjoyed. We heard countless women saying they were over happy hours and wanting healthier events they could attend solo or with girlfriends so we created our fitness events and empowerment workshops. And we also heard how hard it can be to stay motivated on a daily basis so we created our virtual membership to give you everything you need for inspiration + motivation every single week!

We are SO excited to be collaborating with Embodiment Facilitator Amy Dickens for a FUN + expansive event where we&#x27;ll build connection from the inside out. The flow of this event is centered around creating authentic connection from the inside out. Starting with a heart opening cacao ceremony (cacao optional). From there we’ll ground, regulate your nervous system, setting the foundation of safety within to be able to fully experience connection around you. Come experience the transformative power of laughter as we joyfully laugh our way through playful guided experiences. Laughter is truly medicine, and has a superpower of creating authentic connections! We’ll wrap up with a sweet lil nourishing sharing circle, sharing the joy, love, connections made, reflections and any grateful moments from the experience. W﻿hat to expect: *W﻿e&#x27;ll gather in circle for intros &amp; heart opening cacao (cacao optional)*﻿Amy will lead us through grounding practices, guiding us to create a safe space in the body, ground down, regulate the nervous system - creating the inner foundation for connection. *﻿Then we&#x27;ll play our way through some guided practices that include all things joy &amp; laughter.*﻿We&#x27;ll close with a sharing &amp; connection circle. *﻿Please plan to bring a blanket or yoga mat + mug for cacao*﻿Infused water + Food Should Taste Good snacks provided*<a href="https://www.instagram.com/_amy_dickens/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Amy Dickens</a> is an authentic embodiment facilitator, a guide leading people on the journey from the head to the heart. Weaving together different modalities from somatics and breathwork, to energy medicine and embodiment to reconnect people to their inner joy, that authentic spark within. Empowering others to be their own brilliant creators of their most authentic heart centered life.
