GRINDFest is an annual effort to bridge economic gaps so that local BIPOC folks can serve as many customers as possible. Together, we collaborate to support various makers, producers, artists, businesses, and entrepreneurs that work very hard all year to prepare to serve festival attendees. EVENT: GRINDFEST 2024 WHEN: May 24th to May 26th, 2024 WHERE: A.B. Tech Conference Center | 16 Fernihurst Dr. Asheville, NC 28801 *****LOADING DETAILS*****<ul><li>Load-in Day/Time: Friday, May 24th, 12 pm – 3 pm</li><li>Load-out Day/Time: Sunday, May 26th, 4 pm - 7 pm</li><li>Address: 16 Fernihurst Dr. Asheville, NC 28801</li><li>The city will not permit any vehicle drop-off outside of the above day/times.</li><li>Vendors can carry in/out products daily, but no loading in or out of tents/tables/large items outside of specified loading days/times.</li><li>Exceptions given to single day vendors, contact blackwallstreetavl@gmail.com to confirm single day vending.</li><li>Food trucks are allowed to come and go each day.</li></ul> *****VENDORS PROVIDE*****10x10 tent (tent required, must be weighted or staked, if larger than a 10x10 space is needed, contact blackwallstreetavl@gmail.com for pricing &amp; availability) Linen, chairs, additional tables if needed All products, coolers, ice, prep items Generators if needed for your food truck or your set-up Vendors are responsible for maintaining their own sites, including disposing of all their trash in onsite dumpsters. Compost not available onsite.
