Led by seasoned grill master and culinary instructor, Pat Burke, this hands-on workshop invites participants to explore the secrets of achieving mouthwatering barbecue perfection, from mastering the flame to infusing meats with flavor through marinades and dry rubs. As you hone your grilling skills, sip on a variety of craft beers to complement your barbecue creations. Whether you're a seasoned pitmaster or a barbecue novice, join us for a flavorful journey of smoke and spice that will leave your taste buds tingling and your grill game elevated.
