Is this a crisis support group?

Our grief support circle provides a compassionate space for sharing and healing, but we do not offer crisis support. If you or someone you know is in immediate distress or needs urgent assistance, we encourage you to reach out to: 0808 808 1677 (National Helpline Cruse Support).

Question 3

Do I have to attend each grief support circle gathering?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need to attend every session, as it’s not therapy. It is a place to connect, share and talk (if you want to) with people also struggling with grief.

Question 4

Can I bring my children along?

Accepted Answer

No. We have an age restriction of 18 years and above, in order to be mindful of what people may want to share with others, which may not always be age appropriate.

Question 5

Can I pay on arrival?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have the option to turn up on the night and pay on arrival.
