All day: Mock interviews and resume review
1:15-1:30: How to take advantage of job fair
2:30-3:00: How to move your way up the solar career ladder
3:30-4:00: Diversity in the workplace
Attendees who pre-register for the event will be entered in a raffle for fun solar prizes!
- Practice Interview Station where participants can practice their responses to interview questions and get feedback on the spot.
- Resume Feedback Station where participants can go over their resumes with solar professionals to receive feedback on formatting, content, and other areas of improvement
- Professional Photo Booth where participants will have the opportunity to get a professional photo that can be used on LinkedIn or other professional purposes
- 30 Minute Break Out Sessions on topics that will be valuable to job seekers at any point throughout their solar careers
Employers should arrive between 12:00-12:30pm to set up. Job seekers can arrive beginning at 1:00pm.
The Solar Jobs Fair is FREE TO ALL. Light refreshments will be served.
Transportation
The PG&E Pacific Energy Center is located across the street from the Moscone Center where Intersolar is being held. The Powell Steet BART station is located two blocks away. The closest public parking garage is located at the 5th and Mission Street garage.
