Description

The GRESB Investor & Analyst training program focuses on ESG integration in real estate investment decision-making and applying GRESB data and tools to assess and improve portfolio performance.

The program is designed to address sustainability aspects of real estate investment portfolios as covered by the annual GRESB Survey. Through the training, investors, portfolio managers, and real estate analysts will gain practical skills on how to:

  • Use ESG data to inform investment decision processes;
  • Evaluate and interpret GRESB benchmark results;
  • Apply data and tools to improve portfolio performance.

The program is appropriate for real estate investors, portfolio managers, finance specialists and related industry professionals, and supporting professionals (e.g., investment advisors). The training will be delivered via face-to-face group sessions in select locations around the world.

Each GRESB member organization is entitled to one free place on one (1) Investor & Analyst Training each calendar year as a member benefit, free of charge. Additional company representatives are subject to the regular fee.
