Join Andreia and Sabrina in their Awakening Yoga practice - to continue to embrace Summer welcoming new energy. Join us on this journey of connection within where each breath whispers the promise of transformation: Yoga (Yang to Yin), Pranayama, Meditation, and Sound healing (Crystal and Tibetan bowls).
A fully balanced practice that connects us to the Earth element: Enjoy the strengthening Yang practice which will make you feel grounded and anchored to mother nature, followed by the Yin practice which will promote flexibility, and prepare you to enjoy the final relaxation with Sound Healing.
