About this event

Soulful Synergy invites you to join us for a virtual information session to learn how you can launch a career in the booming clean energy sector. This free session will walk you through our 148-hour, hands-on training track in Weatherization & Building Efficiency designed to equip New York City residents, especially Westchester County residents, with the skills and certifications employers demand.

What You Will Learn

At this info session, you’ll discover how our program combines classroom instruction, state-of-the-art hands-on work, and career readiness workshops to set you up for success. We’ll cover:

• Program overview and this specialized tracks
• Certification details (OSHA 30, SST Fall Prevention + Drug & Alcohol, GPRO, BPI Building Science Principles)
• Hands-on lab experiences using industry-grade equipment
• Workforce readiness sessions: resume building, interview prep, financial literacy, professional communication
• Supportive services and individualized referral plans to keep you on track

Who Should Attend

This session is perfect for aspiring construction professionals with no prior experience required:

• New York residents, ages 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
• Career changers, re-entrants, veterans, young adults, and those from declining industries
• Individuals committed to full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9 am–3 pm)
• Those who can lift 15 lbs, stand for hands-on work, and communicate in conversational English
• Anyone eager to earn industry-recognized certifications and work to secure paid internships, apprenticeships, or full-time roles

Training Details & Outcomes

Our program starts in June 2026, Monday through Friday, 9 am–3 pm. Class will be held in the Bronx, NY

Graduates will earn certifications, receive job placement support, and aim to enter roles such as Energy Auditor, Weatherization Technician or Heat Pump Installer.
