Green Building Showcase 2016

Built Environment Plus, formerly known as USGBC MA, is a membership-based community advocating for green buildings at the state and local level. Built Environment Plus provides green building education, networking, advocacy and leadership opportunities for the sustainable building community and beyond. Our events and programming are supported by the volunteer efforts of our community members.Over 550 people participate as members & active volunteers, and over 14000 people subscribe to our various communication lists. Through our many committees, we address all aspects of the greening of the real estate sector - from planning, design & engineering, construction, management & operation and beyond. We help all practitioners by promoting market transformation. You can join us and be a part of this massive effort to improve the built environment.

Join us at the 2016 Green Building Showcase, the Chapter’s premier fall event to showcase and celebrate exceptional green buildings conceived, designed, built & operated by our community of practitioners over the past year.  Over 100 projects will be on display. More than 300 leaders in our industry will be in attendance for this open bar reception and entertaining collection of green buildings.
This year's event will be held at Boston Properties fabulous new green building at 888 Boylston St in Boston.

1. TICKET. Admission into the Green Building Showcase is $100. This includes food & drink.
2. BOARD. For another $100 your firm can enter a show board and have the opportunity to share your green building efforts with everyone.

3. GREEN BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARD. Want to be formally recognized by USGBC MA and earn bragging rights in the green building industry? The Market Leadership Awards are unique because there will be winners for multiple specialized categories. This award is designed to highlight the leading firms across various market specific sectors and acknowledge their impressive individual strides towards sustainability. The Awards Competition is sponsored by the USGBC Massachusetts Chapter to promote, publicize, and recognize exceptional sustainable practices in Massachusetts. The aim of these awards is to further stimulate and advance innovation in green building in Massachusetts and inspire the community to engage in even greener practices
There are two entry categories for the awards competition. These categories are the "Green Building if the Year Award" and the "Green Building Market Leadership Award Series".
