Enjoy a nurturing afternoon with artist Karen Hopkins and Ecopsychologist Deb deepening relationships with Nature and creative expression.

About this Event

We will begin a nurturing and rejuvenating session with a mediation, enjoy an ecopsychology practice and play with interesting nature entities and art materials to express our innate creativity. Workshop includes sustainability tips.

Time: 2 hrs

Suitability: Max 12 adults

Location: Space2b Social Design. 144 Chapel St St Kilda (opposite St Kilda Primary School)

Fee: $25 less expenses will go to support The Djap Wurrung Embassy work to protect the sacred birthing trees near Ararat. (www.dwembassy.com)

Considerations: Please arrive 15 mins early so we can start on time at 1pm.

Facilitators: Karen Hopkins and Deborah Punton

Methods include: Applied ecopsychology , eco-art, meditation, play, mindfulness and visualization.
