About this event

Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County affiliates had started to get numerous donations of items that donors wanted to have used in the building of Habitat for Humanity homes. For different reasons, not all donations could be used that way, but we looked for a way to use those items to help our great cause. So the idea of selling new and gently used home improvement goods with the funds going to benefit HFH was born.

ReStores are independently owned and operated by local Habitat for Humanity organizations. Proceeds are used to help build strength, stability, self-reliance and shelter in local communities and around the world.

On Friday, June 14th, Grassi volunteers will participate at Workshop to help:

  • Assist customers in the store
  • Clean and arrange merchandise
  • Refurbish and paint furniture from the ReStore

Volunteer Maximum: 5 participants
