Adults and children should wear general athletic wear that they can move freely in and feel comfortable.

Are your coaches DBS checked?

Yes, all classes are lead by coaches with enhanced DBS checks, and insured through our sport’s governing body the UKBJJA.

Do I need any prior experience?

No! These sessions are aimed at absolute beginners and we will provide a safe and supportive environment for you or your child to explore a new skill.
