Artist, illustrator, student or literary aficionado?
Come and play Shakespeare Pong! We will select a Shakespearian sonnet entirely at random, interpret/reinterpret it in lively group discussion, and then freely adapt the verse into comics/manga or illustrated text format, all-new and reinvented for the 21st Century.
This masterclass is led by experienced comics and manga writer/artist and editor, ILYA, originator of Graphic Sonnets. It is suitable for ages 13+, and is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, so sign up, turn up (and mean it!) Feel free to bring along sketchbooks/examples of your work.
