Rotary Charities of Traverse City

Two Rotary Charities grants will be open for application this summer! Please join Rotary Charities staff and reviewers for a Grant Application Workshop to learn more about these opportunities. 
<A HREF="http://www.traversecityrotary.org/charities/assets-thriving-communities/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Assets for Thriving Communities</A> grants provide up to $100,000 to develop or expand community assets that help create a thriving and resilient region.
<A HREF="http://www.traversecityrotary.org/charities/systems-change-accelerator/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Systems Change Accelerator</A> grants provide up to $150,000 to collaborative initiatives that target root causes of complex community problems. 
Applications will be due August 26, 2019.
The workshop will cover the intent of these two categories, the criteria we will use to score applications, and a brief introduction to our online application system. There will be two breakout sessions diving deeper into the details of each category. If you are interested in learning about both grants we advise that two people from your team attend.
Please note there will only be one training this year. We will tape the session and make it available to those who aren't able to attend in person.
There is limited street parking near Hotel Indigo. Day parking is available for $6 through the valet. The paid city lot a few blocks away at Grandview and Cass is also an option.
