For questions on registration day, please join the Facebook page chat group. Admins will be monitoring this chat throughout registration to answer any questions that you may have.

Waitlist Update

  • The rally is sold out as of April 9, 2024. We've now moved to a waitlist status. At our previous rally, most everyone who was on the waitlist was able to get a spot in our rally. If you join the waitlist, there is a good chance that you will be able to get in!

Pricing:

  • General Admission ($130 + applicable taxes & fees). General Admission contains 2 adult tickets for the rally and any minor children ages 12 and under.
  • Children 13+ or Additional Adult(s) $45.00. This ticket covers rally fee & meals for any children over the age of 12 or additional adults within your group. Please purchase 1 ticket per additional guest.

Note: Sun Outdoors has a 3 night minimum stay. You must pay for three nights if attending this event.

  • Premium Full Hookup Back In RV Site - $99.00 per site/ per night + Taxes & Fees
  • Premium Full Hookup Pull Through RV Site - $99.00 p/n + Taxes & Fees
  • Standard Back In Full Hookup Site - $79.00 p/n + Taxes & Fees

Registration Process

Please Note: The rally registration and site registration is a two part process. Please carefully read the directions below so that we can have a smooth registration process.

1 ) Step one: Purchase Rally Ticket from EventBrite Page when registration opens on Saturday, February 10th@ 11:00 EST.

2 ) Step Two: Once rally ticket is purchased, Sun Outdoors will contact you directly to book your site. We will be sending over the most up to date registration list to Sun Outdoors Frontier Town for their records. Don't worry - if you have a ticket, you will have a spot!

How to place your order:

This process is best done from a desktop computer - due to differences on mobile platforms, if you experience issues, please try from a desktop computer before asking for assistance.

To purchase your ticket, familiarize yourself with the process here. Before you pull the trigger to actually purchase the ticket, you will need the following information:

  • You will need your credit card for payment.
  • You will need to know the year, Brand, and Model, & length of your RV. An example would be "2016 Solitude 375RE"
  • You will need to know the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for your RV. This is used to verify that you are a valid Grand Design owner
  • You will be asked about any guests you might have with you - Your ticket includes 2 adults and minor children ages 12 & under. If you have children ages 13+ or additional adults, you will need to purchase tickets for the additional guests.
  • You will be asked if you have any allergies, and for emergency contact information. This is purely for safety reasons.
  • You will be asked what day you are arriving and departing.
  • You will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like to help volunteer for different activities.
  • You will be asked if you would like to request a golf cart. You will not be charged for the golf cart at this time. This is only a preference for the campground and not a guarantee.
  • After you have completed your ticket purchase, you will be good to go!

Information for prospective vendors and/or sponsors

Vendors and/or sponsors are to register via the Mid-Atlantic vendor application form. You do not need to register via eventbrite, but we do need you to fill out your vendor application ASAP.

Important Cancellation Information:

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if we are able to fill your spot from the wait list.
  • There will be no refunds after Sunday, July 21, 2024.
