Founded in 1973, Roxbury Community College (RCC) is a comprehensive, multicultural, urban, student-centered, open-access community college. Enroll in RCC’s GPRO Operations & Maintenance Essentials Course

The GPRO Operations &amp; Maintenance Essentials Course is being offered online by RCC’s Center for Smart Building Technology. Classes are held from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, from June 10, 2020 - June 12, 2020. Class Topics by Day:June 10, 2020: Fundamentals of Building GreenJune 11, 2020: Building Performance metrics, Building Envelope, Water Use, Indoor Air Quality, and Heating, Cooling and Hot WaterJune 12, 2020: Lighting, Waste Reduction, Resilience, Commissioning Existing Buildings, and Action Plan.At the end of the course, you will be able to:1)	Take a systematic approach to operating and maintaining your building.2)	Evaluate the performance of your building.3)	Describe at least three immediately actionable measures that will improve the health, energy, or water efficiency of your building and the next steps needed to execute them.4)	Explain the costs and benefits of these measures.Ned more information?
