About this event

  • 1 hour

P&T Knitwear is thrilled to launch our first in house book group: the Gotham Book Clubmeeting once a month to discuss our favorite fiction & nonfiction about New York City.

This month, we'll be reading & discussing the debut novel How to Fall in Love in a Time of Unnameable Disaster by Muriel Leung. In this dark and tender debut novel, acid rainstorms have transformed New York City into a toxic wasteland. Thousands have died & thousands more have been left stranded inside the five self-contained boroughs under military control. In one apartment building, an unlikely family of humans & ghosts survives . As the world around them worsens, each character must learn to redefine what it means to live, die, & love at the end of the world.
