Terrie Silverman, MFA, is an established Writer, Solo-Performer, Solo-Show Director, Dramaturg & founder of Creative Rites Workshops & Coaching for Writing, Performance & Creative Expression. 

 As a Writing Coach & Facilitator, Terrie loves allowing people to discover how wildly creative they are if given a fun, nurturing, supportive space. She's been guiding groups & individuals to tap into their creative gold, release the inner-critic, access their authentic voice & create from a deep, truthful place. In addition to her classes for Memoir, Storytelling, Solo-Shows, Alt Comedy, Fiction, Plays & Creative Expression, she's begun offering Writing & Creativity Classes featuring Nigerian Dwarf Goats, because of the creative joy, freedom & playfulness they bring to the creative process.  

She offers online classes  as well as Coaching, Script Critiques, Project Consults & Creative Tune-Ups

Ms. Silverman has performed her Solo-Shows on both coasts and has been presented at various Theatres Arts festivals, Cultural Institutions and Storytelling Shows. Career highlights include include 4 Women for Women with Laraine Newman, Melanie Chartoff, Ann Randolph & host Julia Sweeney, as well as dying onstage with Sir Ian McKellen  She has taught, directed and coached countless solo artists, writers, storytellers, as well as helping discover they have a voice and their stories matter.
