Learners are introduced to the lesson, sign in to their google account

Learners create, rename, and close their document

Learners open their Google Drive, find their document, and open it

Learners type words into the document, and learn how to use the functions in Google Docs

Learners will learn how to format text, including bolding & centering text

Lesson wrap up to discuss how skills learned can apply to other tasks

Week 1 - Google Docs For Beginners - participants will learn how to use Google Docs and create a document, add text, format text, learn hwo to bold text, rename a document and save document. ( A Google Applied Digital Skills Course). Chrome notebooks will provided for those that don't have a personal laptop. Participants are encouraged to bring a personal laptop.
