GOOD MARKET Approved Vendor 2018

This link is to accept payment for approved vendors of the December 1st Good Market. Please complete payment by November 11th to ensure your space.

Event Information:

• Date & Location: December 1, 2018 at The Impact Guild, 708 W. Summit, San Antonio.

• Set up for the event: Friday, November 30 from 6-9 pm, or Saturday, December 1 starting at 8:00 am.

• Doors open for the market at 10. Market runs from 10 am - 4 pm, breakdown begins at 4.

ENSA & TIG agree:

• To clearly communicate the Vendor related details of the Market by November 11th.

• To provide vendor with a space of approximately 8’x6’.

• To publicize the overall event and highlight the Vendor as much as possible in all PR, social media and other advertising.

• Wi-Fi will be available.

The Vendor agrees:

• To present to the best of your ability your information, material and goods at the Good Market.

• To arrive in order for your space to be set up 30 minutes prior to the doors opening at 10am.

• To bring all equipment and/or materials you need for the day, including electricity cords, pin lights, table clothes, etc to set up your space. 30”x48” tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.

• To remain until 4 pm, to tear down your own booth space, and clean up all trash/materials.

• Please do not hang materials that will leave ANY kind of permanent markings or damage to walls.

• To cross-promote the Good Market through any and all social media channels! Please tag and include ENSA, The Good Market, and The Impact Guild in your posts and emails. Also, please email your logo for inclusion in our promotions to: ethicalnetworksa@gmail.com. (Or attach in application)

Film and/or Photo Release:

• By participating in the Market, the Vendor consents to be filmed and/or photographed for promotional purposes. The Vendor releases those images to The Ethical Network of San Antonio.
