<A HREF="http://fiveirongolf.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Five Iron Golf</A> is the perfect space for both a workout and some fun golf games.
Yoga will be led by <A HREF="https://instagram.com/bethcooke_flow" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Beth Cooke</A>.
Teams of 4 will compete in golf simulators with target-oriented games.
Any and all fitness and golf levels welcome!
Whether you come more for the yoga, or for the golf, you're in a space where others around you will encourage and support your experience.
This event is designed for exactly 12 attendees.  
Wear athletic/casual attire in which you can  move for a yoga class and comfortably swing a golf club.
*Please bring your own mat or towel for yoga. Golf clubs will be provided, but you can bring your own if you wish.

Do I have to be good at yoga and/or golf?
Absolutely not! All levels of fitness and skill are welcome.
Teams will be split up for the golf portion, and everyone (regardless of skill) will be able to participate and contribute.
