Your swing is only as good as your movement — and most golfers are leaving power, control, and years of play on the table because of how they move, not how they practice.

Smart Fit Method and Elevated Sport & Spine have teamed up for a hands-on workshop built around one goal: keeping you on the course, performing at your best, for as long as possible.

In 90 minutes, you will:

  • Add swing power without putting more strain on your body
  • Improve rotation, balance, and shot control
  • Understand where your movement is costing you strokes and increasing injury risk
  • Walk away with strategies you can apply to your next round immediately
