Golf for Good

Golf for Good

Overview

Join us for a round of golf to benefit Working Food!

We would love your support to continue as we work to benefit our local partner, Working Food. Working Food is a 501c3 non-profit organization building food sovereignty in North Central Florida. The organization cultivates long-term community health by educating and connecting communities to food resources. Our former community partner, the Gainesville Giving Garden, has joined forces with Working Food. The Giving Garden provides horticulture education for traditionally under-resourced communities and grows produce to enable regional fresh food access. The money we raise from the event will go to Working Food specifically to benefit the Giving Garden. Additionally, the golf tournament is designed to give us, the students, real-world experience working and communicating within a team.

We hope you will join us at this wonderful event for a round of golf at Turkey Creek!

The $300 team fee includes:

  • Green fees for each player
  • Golf carts for team (1 cart/2 golfers)
  • Lunch for each player
  • Swag bag for each golfer
  • Awards for top teams and hole contests (longest putt, longest drive, closest to the pin)

*Please note, if you register after 10am, on Thursday, April 09, we will be unable to include a lunch with your $300 eam registration fee. Please sign up for lunch here: https://forms.gle/6HpkB5oCD2L5ADYx9
