Welcome to the Golden Hour tour of Seneca One! We cordially invite you to join the Douglas Development team at Seneca One for a captivating experience with the best view of Buffalo during a stunning sunset. Prepare for an exclusive journey to an upper floor in the tower, where you'll enjoy a panoramic view, receive a city-wide development update by Douglas Development, and embark on a guided tour of Buffalo's tallest building!
Each tour promises a unique adventure. With so much to offer, you never know who you might encounter or what fascinating stops await you along the way. Explore Seneca One, the thriving hub for technology and innovation in Western New York.
Just a few important notes:
- Regrettably, we will not be able to visit the roof, leased spaces, or any residential units, as they are all currently occupied.
- Our tours take place on Monday nights. Please note that food will not be provided at Seneca One. We encourage you to explore the local businesses around the tower for dining options before or after the tour.
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- Please be aware that ongoing work within the tower may restrict access to certain areas.

Kindly enter the building at Seneca and Main St. and proceed to the main lobby via the escalators, where you will find the Seneca One security desk. Our team will be there to welcome you. Unfortunately, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late will be unable to join the tour, but you're welcome to sign up for a future tour at no additional cost.
The tour will depart promptly from the Security Desk at 6:00 PM. If you happen to be late, don't worry; you can register for another tour on a different date.
