A first of its kind, Going Underground, will bring new meaning to costume party to the District.

<h3><a href="https://www.instagram.com/noraleedc/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nora Lee by Brandt Ricca</a>, in partnership with Designing the District, brings a twist to the holiday to Washington. </h3><h3>***November 1st will focus on the culturally bright colors and celebration of &quot;<em><strong>Day of the Dead</strong></em>&quot; being the costume theme. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/lucyblackent/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lucy Black Entertainment</a> &amp; <a href="https://www.instagram.com/lexislane_/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a> <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tezrah1/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">DJ Tezrah</a> will be filling the air with dancing #vibes.</h3><h3>VIPs will enjoy a Mystery Reception and will receive more haunting details prior to event. Event will open to the general public from 8-10pm.</h3><h3>Surprise performances to pop up and say BOO!</h3><h3>Ticket price only includes entry, cash bar.</h3><h3>This is a 21 years of age and up event.</h3><h3>*Portion of proceeds will benefit the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/dupontunderground/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dupont Underground</a> which is a 501(c)3.*</h3>
