Overview
Thinking skills determine the basic paradigm in a person. Creative thinking skill is the complementary and supplementary thinking skill that will mold our logic base and change it from rock to fluid, making our thinking more flexible.
The programme will examine the basic logical paradigm and its base and will compare it with the creative thinking skill – by projecting the logic bubble and the ego support as constraint.
It will impart creative thinking skill as a necessity compliment and supplement to the rock logic thinking approach.
Designed for
This program should be exposed to the entire breadth of organisation, preparing the whole human resources teams to the era or rapid changes and progression.
As every soul in the organisation is regarded as having the same capacity and potential, the program can admit all level of human resources team in the organisation at one – a mix of various groups and level will actually make the program more enrich and effective.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, participants are able to:
- Participants are expected to learn the new Creative thinking approach as a complement and supplementary thinking approach to logical thinking.
