Join Brown Goddess Collective™ for a community goddess sunrise meditation and gathering event at Crandon Park Beach (South - 1st entrance) in Key Biscayne, FL every 3rd Sunday of the month.

✨ This 1-hour monthly practice will be your personal time to commune with yourself, God, community, and nature.

You will set a positive tone for yourself by moving your body, breathing with intention, sitting in silent contemplation, self-reflection and more.

Benefits of sunrise meditations include: improve focus, reduce stress + anxiety, and help improve your overall health.

🤎 Each practice is hosted by a rotating schedule of teachers and facilitators from the BGC™ team who will guide the practice and hold space for the group in their unique way.
