Frequently asked questions
Yes, lunch and dinner are included! Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Your preferences will be taken after registration. If you are concerned about meeting highly specific needs, a refrigerator and microwave are available to you.
We've had friends, mother-daughters, sisters, cousins, and co-workers attend and create deeper bonds during the experience! Alternatively, if you are attending solo, no worries as you will likely leave with new friends! The women who attend our Goddess retreats are welcoming and compassionate.
We are open to all and do not promote specific religious practices although we are very much spiritually connected. We ask that all attendees are respectful of all of the various beliefs that may be held. Out retreat is held at the Siena Center which is a Christian-based, eco-justice organization.
Not to worry, the Goddess Yoga Flow is very gentle and I can accommodate a wide variety of physical needs. The purpose of the practice will be to reconnect with, and provide love and care, to your body.
