Welcome to Holmesteading Farms Goat Yoga! Get ready to stretch, relax, and have some fun with our furry friends. Join us on Sat May 25, 2024 at 8:45 AM at 27389 Bagley Rd for a unique yoga experience. Our friendly goats will roam around as you practice your poses, adding an extra element of joy to your session. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind event that combines yoga and animal therapy. Arrive at 8:45 am to get settled in and meet the freshly born goat babies and their momma's. Yoga class will take place from 9:10-10:00 am inside the goat pasture. In the case of inclement weather, we have a covered pavilion to utilize. Stay after class for extra goat time, walk the farm, shop our farm stand and relax with your human and goat friends until as late as 10:30 am.
Your session will be lead by Sarah Germano, a 200hr certified yoga instructor.
Since yoga will be held in the pasture or pavilion, please dress for the weather and wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. A wash station will be available with water, soap, paper towels, wash cloths, hand sanitizer, etc.
Please bring: A yoga mat, a large towel for your mat in case of accidents with a possible extra, plus water!
Please do NOT bring: please ensure you remove all visible jewelry and tie hair up and back, goats love to nibble on ALL things.
