Ready to get your downward goat on?! Don't worry it's not super structured strenuous yoga, this is Goat Yoga where we get our stretch on and snuggles and laughs too. Interacting with animals reduces cortisol ( the stress hormone) while simultaneously increasing serotonin and dopamine (hormones that trigger happiness). Goat yoga will help you release the tension you've been holding onto and simply reconnect with those around you. It's always more fun with friends and then you have a buddy to take awesome pictures of you!
