Combine goats, yoga, specialty farm themed cocktails and delicious fare, with this fun 2- hour event on the lawn!
Designed for both newbies and experienced yogis, this session will be led by a certified yoga instructor (and fellow goat lover.) They will guide you through a fun forty five minute class.
Be prepared for your new furry friends to get involved - jumping on you and stealing kisses!
Your yoga session will be combined with plenty of goat selfies and kid cuddles too!
Goat Happy Hour will conclude the class. Staff will be grilling up delicious burgers and dogs on the lawn for purchase. Grab a refreshing mixed drink from the outdoor satellite bar and enjoy the sunset.
Relax and unwind as live entertainment, provided by Goat Yoga RVA's Nigerian dwarf comedians, bring the laughter.

Liability waiver must be signed before class.
Please bring a shirt that covers shoulders and back.
All yoga mats will be provided by Goat Yoga RVA.
