Kicking off the New Year with a goal setting breakfast. What intentions have you set for yourself personally and professionally in 2023?

<p>T﻿here's mixed research on whether announcing your goals out loud to others has a direct result in helping you achieve those goals. Some believe just the act of stating goals to others gives you a false sense of achievement while others believe it can help you get more committed and feel accountable to those goals. Either way, I love to start each New Year with writing down a few short term and long term goals for the year. It helps me to visually see those goals, check back in on them when I feel myself drifting throughout the year and then finally feel a sense of accomplishments when months later I can check or cross those goals off my list. </p><p>E﻿ven if you don't have a specific goal in mind come join other members of the Fern Hill Project, join us to meet and hear about what everyone is working on!  Ticket price will include coffee, tea, some light bights and a special gift to help kick off your New Year! </p>
